That's why it's one of the most used items in brand merch, teams and clubs, festivals and outdoor events, restaurant and patio staff, and in client gifts.

Caps in this category start at 18€ per unit, in twill, acid wash, and corduroy, with fabrics from 275 to 310 g/m². They're all six-panel, the classic shape with a structured crown and curved brim, with an adjustable closure in back.
The material makes the biggest difference in look. The corduroy has a ribbed texture and a softer feel, good for brands with a more relaxed vibe. The twill is classic smooth cotton, the neutral choice for uniforms and teams. The acid wash is washed to look already worn, and works best for merch and festivals. Higher fabric weights give a firmer crown that holds its shape with use.
On a cap there's one area: the front panel, up to 12 × 8 cm. It's the smallest in the catalog, so the design has to work small. A logo, a monogram, a word. Designs with too much detail or thin text get lost.
Embroidery is almost always the right choice. DTF printing has technical limitations on curved surfaces like the front of a cap, and embroidery's raised texture gives a more professional finish. Does DTF work on a cap? It works worse than embroidery. The front of a cap is a curved surface, and printing has technical limitations there that embroidery doesn't.
Do I need to choose sizes? No. They all have an adjustable closure in back and fit almost everyone, which makes group orders simpler.
